EMS & Medical Transportation

Telehealth

Priority OnDemand, supported by our OnDemand Visit technology, offers all-in-one, integrated telehealth solutions for a variety of patient use cases and delivery models. In addition to traditional telehealth services that we offer as an exclusive, free benefit to our employees, our telehealth solutions include uniquely tailored products for EMS. EMS telehealth solutions answer the need for 911 ambulances to arrive on scene with telehealth capabilities for low-acuity patients whose medical condition does not warrant transportation to a hospital emergency department.

Patient Logistics

StatCall is a proprietary, integrated suite of digital tools that streamlines and simplifies transportation management for healthcare providers, medical facilities and payers. StatCall layers digital logistics solutions on top of medical transportation services, resulting in a HIPAA-compliant solution for single-source transportation ordering, tracking and reporting within existing electronic patient record systems and staff workflows. StatCall acts as a digital translator between isolated tech environments ensuring patient data is seamlessly transferred among all transportation providers, medical facilities and payers. StatCall is proven to increase revenues for facilities by improving patient flow; decrease staff time and costs of manual data entry and documentation reconciliation; and provides transparency and management of network providers for payers. StatCall has been integrated into Priority’s offerings since the Company first invested in Randseco in June 2020. Priority OnDemand acquired 100% ownership of Randseco in June 2021.
